Women and the Commission

The exhibition featured past and present women members of the Commission and key cases affecting women workers including the 1969 and 1972 Equal Pay cases, the 1974 Maternity Leave Case and the subsequent Paternity, Family, Carers and Adoption Leave cases. An oral history interview with two former women members of the Commission, Mrs Judith Cohen and Ms Pauline Griffin was also included.
